After a tasty brunch at Loco, Emily and her peeps went out to the Perot to see the exhibit she designed. I stayed home and patiently waited for Frontier to come and give us internet. They never showed. I called them at the end of the day, and after a couple of hours they told me the dude should be coming, but if he didn’t make it he should come tomorrow. So, I guess tomorrow is the day.
While I waited, I built three IKEA drawers, our entire bed frame, and a tulip table for the breakfast nook. It’s probably the most productive I’ve been this year so far. David tried to give us a hand with our laundry closet doors, which seem to have the wrong hinges mounted wrong. After taking the doors down, doing some hacking, and reattaching some things, we ended up with doors that work essentially the same as they did before, but now they’re hacked up a little. We were gonna get new doors eventually anyway.
